Vegetation is increasingly over growing on an unowned property next to resident houses. The vegetation is blocking street signs, completely covering the street drain, and growing towards the street, making visibility difficult for two way traffic. The vegetation is overgrowing onto resident property as well. The dense area of vegetation is also causing individuals to throw their trash into it, varying from trash bags, food, couches, boxes, and cans.
