Caller reported unbeknownst to him, the boiler was failing for 2 years, finally went downcompletely a few daysago. The fire dept. saidto it was emitting toxiccarbon monoxide. Calleris not sure if it's beenrepaired, requestsan inspection becausehis room is adjacent tothe boiler room. Calleris getting no clear answers from management. Has tenantrights questions also.

Masonry work on exterior of apartment building that polluted my apartment interior air and items. Building was built in 1920 and I'm worried about asbestos, I got very sick a couple days later, indicating a suppressed immune system.
