My unit has no heat or ventilation no opening windows no fans in the bathroom or above the hood range no working stove top or suitable oven infestation with cockroaches absolutely no door knob and no locks working on the front door no kitchen plumbing clogged up seeing no working garbage disposal and a dishwasher that they never hooked up or installed It had a flood on the whole entire fifth floor and May of 2024 and there's black mold issues and quintessa absolutely refuses to do any kind of m

Once again, there is noise vibrating through the walls and floors, throughout the day and evenings. Last time this occurred, it got progressively worse. We've been advised this is due to a broken boiler. There is also an issue with the one working elevator, it makes a horrendous screeching sound between floors as if it's going to give out.This building is supposed to have two working elevators. The non working one has been out for almost a year.
