On the 5th floor the dog run has toxic fumes that have caused me health issues. They need to change to fake grass and clean it like all the other apartment complexes. You must inspect and smell for yourself. The leasing office does not respond. This is such a nice building but my dog is also suffering health issues from the toxic smell.

The apartment sustained significant water damage due to a building pipe burst on January 1st, 2026. There has been ongoing remediation and repairs depending upon each unit's varying degrees of damage. My unit, as well as multiple units, have had open drilled openings in stripped baseboards and trims for weeks now.
