The apartment sustained significant water damage due to a building pipe burst on January 1st, 2026. There has been ongoing remediation and repairs depending upon each unit's varying degrees of damage. Unit 1802. Following major water damage on Jan 1st, the unit is uninhabitable. 33 floors were affected by this huge water damage. Floors are water-soaked (mold/sanitation risk), drywall is pierced, and several electrical outlets are non-functional (safety hazard). Management provides no restoration schedule and claims a 20+ week delay for repairs. Unit was left in a filthy state.
