"Per online complaint" The residents at the home have several cars they are working on their property. There are vehicle(s) with the engine out of them parked in the alley behind the home. There are also a lot of large and small car parts all over the yard. The engine was on a hoist in the alley. Very unsafe

Toilet is leaking. Sewage water coming through the pipe in the basement. Water coming through the wall in the basement. No heat in house since tenant has moved in. No insulation.
