Per CSB: Customer called on 3/1/16 with concerns regarding the planting strip near her house. She stated she places her garbage cans on the planting strip for pick up but recently the location has become a muddy mess making it difficult to retrieve her garbage cans. The customer stated she concerned about the instability of the area. She also mentioned the property next door that is adjacent to the planting strip has junk storage on the property.
