I've filed a few trespassing complaints with management due to a man coming into my unit. Police reports have been filed, but management has not done anythingto assist. I've asked to move to another unit. Their response was they can change the locks at my expense. This is supposed to be a secure building, but my car has been broken into and my apartment. I want out of the lease. What are my rights?
