The boiler drain for this building drains directly out onto the sidewalk, posing a slip hazard (especially once temperatures drop) and creating a generally noxious environment since the water tends to pool under and around a nearby dumpster.

Per Online; About 48 hours ago, I submitted a maintenance request for my heat. For the second time this month, my apartment is 52-53° inside, even though I have had both thermostats in the bedroom and living rooms turned to 90° for several hours. Thanks in advance for your help!

I've filed a few trespassing complaints with management due to a man coming into my unit. Police reports have been filed, but management has not done anythingto assist. I've asked to move to another unit. Their response was they can change the locks at my expense. This is supposed to be a secure building, but my car has been broken into and my apartment. I want out of the lease. What are my rights?

Per Online; Wall is exposed with no drywall. Leaking water. There is mold and a weird chemical smell coming from the area. We have been waiting 2 months for a repair to begin.
