I am filing this formal complaint against the management and property director (Jane Illeva) of Tower 12, located at 2015 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98121, for violating tenant protections under Seattle Municipal Code (SMC) 22.206.180.On October 16, 2026, between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM in the building lobby, I was handing out informational leaflets to fellow residents regarding a recent 7-day total hot water outage and informing them of their legal rights to rent credits.
