Our hot water and heat stopped working on 11/10. We submitted a work order that day and didn't have anyone sent to our unit until 11/13. Our property manager sent three different technicians to look at it, none of whom wound up being qualified to write an estimate to replace our broken hot water heater/radiator. Despite regular contact with technicians and property manager, it was not until 12/4 that someone came to replace the broken water heater/radiator. We did not have hot water or heat in
