Over the past several years I have been consistently dealing with drain flies in the apartment and it has reached a point of constant infestation. The property management company has stated there's not much they can do beyond sending out pest control as they can't find the source of the issue but the flies always return. Can provide more pictures and correspondence with property management upon request.

I have had continuous issues with drain fly infestations in my apartment. I have lived here for over 4 years and it just continues to get worse. I have tried various treatments and multiple inspections from the property management state that they cannot find a complete source. Regardless of how they treat the drain flies, they always return. I am convinced it is an internal plumbing issue with the building or improper cleaning of the pipes within the apartments.

In the back alley of this building, the property owners have installed an intensely bright light shining out in all directions with no cover. The light shines into my apartment and disrupts my sleep. It also hurts your eyes when you look directly at it. It is on from before dusk till after dawn. The light is so bright that you can see it reflected off buildings on Minor Ave. There is no reason for the light to be that bright. It is disrupted and is a source of a lot of light pollution.
