Per Online; Not sure this is the correct Avenue but... This home is listed on Zillow with two code violations. They are stating no roommates (familia status) and requiring first, last, deposit for move-in fees (more than 2 months rent). I'm guessing since the home is pending that they don't have a license yet either.
