Per online: Vegetation from private property/planting strip overhanging on sidewalk. Large bushes overhanging on this corner private lot on 12th Ave E & E. John Street. Makes it difficult for wheelchairs and pedestrians to walk by. Can City of Seattle request that home owners cut back the bushes?
