Per Online; The city was doing environmental testing at the public park in front of our apartment building and tore up the grass in the process. There hasn't been any word on when the grass will be restored and the black drums removed from the park to it can be used again.

POTA--per phone call--complainant has lives in affordable housing and believes she should have a fixed rent for the duration of her stay. She has gotten notice of a $50 rent increase. If she doesn't sign a new lease, her rent will go from $1080 to $1329. Is this legal?
