I live at 2020 Minor ave e, and the new vacant townhomes across the street at 2019 Minor Ave E have every single light on in every unit all night every night. This is an egregious waste of resources and electricity and is a nuisance for those of us trying to sleep. I am disturbed at the environmental impact of this and the light polllution created after hours during the night is unacceptable.

Wastewater continually flows into bathtub from the drain (photos and video attached), 5 times in the year 2022. Two times this has resulted maintenance required by property management - the other three incidents were able to be cleaned/drained with no outside assistance. The tub has been drained but the underlying problem has not been investigated as it continues to occur, this has been communicated management and ownership, which has been ignored each time. The result is being unable to use
