I've asked my landlord over two weeks ago to fix the light in my kitchen hood. It was promised to me to be fixed before I signed the lease. They are now saying it will not be fixed because it is too expensive. But won't tell me what qualifies a fix or not. They flicker when turned on and when turned off they stay on for a bit. Per Online;For months I have had to reach out to my landlord to complain about the trash accumulation. Every week it is overflowing, is being invaded by pests, and is strewn down the street. I have asked them to schedule a second pick up and or give us another bin. Nothing has been done.
