Trees are planted between Jackson street and the sidewalk in front of Abbey Lincoln apts. Tops of trees are growing and leaning towards the Apt building and blocking access to emergency window exits. Rescue would be hindered and/or prevented by trees. They are over grown and are reaching the 5th floor. Please trim the tops of these trees.

Trees rooted in the public planting strip are leaning heavily into the building envelope. The tops of the trees are physically blocking the upper-floor apartment windows. These windows serve as the legally required secondary emergency escape route (means of egress) for tenants if the main unit door is inaccessible. Hello,I am submitting a complaint regarding a pattern of improper notice and repeated entry by my landlord at Abbey Lincoln Court (LIHI).I am scheduled to vacate my unit on 4/30 after living here for nine years.
