Unanswered maintenance request made on 8/16/26 about cockroaches in apartment, stated work completed on apartment portal but no one ever talked to me about it/entered my unit and roaches are still in unit and increasing.

I live in a low income unit at grand Terry apartments and we have an issue regarding a full air dryer vent pipe that was supposed to be cleared out three weeks ago and it was never cleared out. I fear for my safety and other others in this building that it could cause a fire if not cleared up in time.
