Owner completely renovated building down to studs, but failed put any insulation in exterior or interior walls or ceilings. Bathroom vents exhaust into floor cavity. Fire doors have self close mechanisms removed. Kitchen has no exhaust vents. No working CO detectors. Electrical system has ungrounded switches.
