I am filing this complaint regarding active health and fire hazards at 2024 3rd Ave, Seattle WA 98121, operated by YWCA Seattle. Dryer wall vents have not been cleaned or serviced, creating an active fire hazard. The air filtration and HVAC system has not been maintained - at least two tenants have been hospitalized, with one case attributed by emergency room staff to building air quality. Toilet still unable to flush. Only one in unit. Landlord is refusing to give access to toilet on second floor. Issue has been ongoing for roughly 3 weeks.
