I have made two other complaints against my landlord for violations and I have been working with inspector Mr. Gregory Lum with SDCI. We had to open up my original case that we closed because my landlord only complied with the starting the repairs of the Violations when SDCI had the case open. As soon as the case was closed, even though all of the Notice of Violations were not completed, my landlord stop doing repairs. My dishwasher is still broken and they haven't
