Complainant reports ongoing non-working dryer; concerns that lint/dust filled pipes will cause a fire. Laundry is shared among the 5 units and is included as an amenity in the rental agreement. Complainant understands that SDCI cannot assist in getting her compensation. Complainant want to know repair rights, particulalry because of how long repairs are taking. Possible HZW component as laundry leaks when run - no inspection requested at this time.

I would like to file a complaint against my landlord for harassment. I am brown and she constantly accuses me of being dirty and texts me excessively of accusing me of disposing trash (when it's not mine) and that I have to clean my unit before moving out. I have texts to show that she has texted me approx. over 50 times telling me to clean my apartment after we have agreed of moving out conditions at move-in date. There is also black mold in apartments 1 and 2
