Per online complaint, "Thick blackberry bushes extend the length of the property at 2028 A and 2028 B on Eastlake Avenue East encroaching over the sidewalk. As this is on a steep rockery wall, the vegetation is quite tall over the sidewalk also. The blackberries are also invasive and are encroaching nearby properties."
