There is a very loud portable generator being used for some sort of building work in the alley that my building shares. It's been happening since this weekend and it's quite loud. I have a DB meter on my phone and it measured over 70db from my balcony, which I believe is higher than ordinance, and I am over 100 feet away from the generator.
