Moved into apartment 10 days ago and noticed the stove had only one working burner, stove pretty much not usable. Technician that came out hasn't gotten back to him about part that's missing.

Unit upstairs from this one (unit # 5) had a water leak in Nov. 2009 that caused water to soak down through the ceiling and walls of complainant's unit. Complainant wants the water damaged drywall replaced and the upstair's plumbing fixed so that it will not happen again. Complainant keeps heat on the area so it will not mold. NOTE: She wants her landlord to relocate her to a different unit.
