The landlord has been doing exterior work stripping stucco siding for months and the aggressive hammering to remove the cement and plaster has been brining down parts of our popcorn celling. They refused to test the material inside and claim that since they are not working inside they don't need to test it. I had it tested and it's full of asbestos. My family (including a 7 month old baby) has been living in this for weeks-months.

PER HANDWRITTEN COMPLAINT: Prohibited Acts violation - see attached.Landlord is illegally attempting to charge an illegal month-to-month fee as retribution for asserting our rights. Have been harassed and intimidated by owners.Two documents were emailed to MICHELE.
