Illegal encampment, garbage on sidewalk, 12 tents, destroying parking strip shrubbery, drug use, and selling, fumes from smoke in non-smoking area, tents have been there 7 days now, and more are arriving. Sidewalk uncomfortable to walk on because of tent and vagabons surrounding sidewalk. The tents needto be removed and not allowed to return.

Several tents, men and women, furniture, shopping carts, trash, open drug use (smoking meth). Threatening behavior towards neighbors and pets. Human waste all over. Spilling off the sidewalk into the street so people can?t park anymore. Previous reports have been marked ?resolved? but there?s been no change at the location
