Per CSB; who do I contact about a recently vacated rental, in my neighborhood, in which the tenants left many of their belongings, as trash, in the front yard and sidewalk areas as well as in the backyard/carport. There also may have be a homeless/squatter occupying the space recently. I understand the property has been sold toa developer but there is no indication of private property/no trespassing nor when any renovation or construction is to begin. It's
