There is an extremely dangerous tree limb from our neighbors tree that is hanging over our entry way and has been since late February. We have contacted and notified the landlord, Tom who has filed a an administrative early design under the number 3024825-EG. He seems less than interested in cutting down the dangerous limb. I have also contacted our landlord, Joe at Landlord Management Inc. who said his hands are tied because the tree is on Tom's property. Our landlord

HAS A MICE PROBLEM; DISHWASHER DOES NOT WORK; ELECTRICAL NOT UP TO CODE- BLOWS OUT CONTINUALLY. OWNER KEEPS PERSONAL BELONGINGS IN HER LAUNDRY ROOM AND STORES HIS LUMBER IN THE BACK YARD.
