Complaint: Noise
Opened August 20, 2019
NOISE--per online--Hello! The construction on the left of my apartment is way too noisy - they start as early as 7:00am and are generally using loud machinery for up to 4 hours at a time while playing music and having conversation too close to our apartment so it wakes me up several times throughout the morning.
