Hi, 205A 16th ave is an Airbnb rental that is being rented out for commercial purposes in a residential zone (filming a microsoft product campaign). They are currently using all of the residential parking on the west side of 16th ave for commercial purposes. This violates the SMC code as it is affecting all residents in the direct vicinity of this video shoot during the week of 07/25-07/28 who cannot park in their normal parking spots.
