I have been living with a rat infestation since 10/19/2022 and the rental company (RPA) has been informed. Rats have entered into my home and my property has been damaged. Pest control and a contractor have informed RPA that serious work needs to take place in other parts of the home to secure points of entry. The house needs work done and I need professional advice & assistance in order to make RPA comply.

Non functioning wall gas heater. Water damage inside bedroon, mold, damaged carpet. Older house, lights dim and flash constantly. Use of extension cords outside building may pose hazard.
