Rent increase given then retracted. Then landlord gave rent increase again after tenant signed the lease without rent increase. When then new rent increase was given it was without proper notice.

Since at least June 24, the shared washing machine in our building has had mold issues. We have pressed our building management to take care of this multiple times and they have claimed they are working on replacing it, but mold is a serious health issue and they are not dealing with it urgently enough. This neighborhood has no laundromat, so this is our only option for laundry.
