We signed a new lease for a 2 bedroom apartment, however after signing the lease, I observed that the window in one of the bedrooms is completely sealed shut and there's no way to open it. This is absolutely scary since there's no ventilation in the room at all. My water/sewer/trash bill has been significantly increasing over the last 4 months, and it is now at over a 400% increase. I raised this concern as soon as I first noticed an overcharged bill, and my leasing office and staff of Pillar Communities have not been treating my concern as an urgent matter; despite multiple e-mails I have already sent them.
