For the 4th week in a row the trash chute at 206 Bell apartments is completely overflowing. Residents are unable to dispose of their waste and have to keep it jn their rooms. The trash chute is filled up several floors and likey represents a fire safety risk as well as waste disposal and associated bacterial risks.
