Contractors are driving and parking vehicles on the easement infront of 200 N 100th st. This is destroying the vegetation, causing damage to the maintained area and creating a muddy area. Broken and killed plants can be seen along the curb along with tire marks

Tree protection around the exceptional tree on the East property line has been removed. Tree protection per the plan set and arborist review is to be 6ft chainlink fence with posts driven into the ground so it cannot be moved and to protect the tree. The fencing is not attached to the ground and has been removed. The root area is now subject to damage during construction.

Per Online; Roof has been installed and no gutters are on the building. There is no rain or runoff control on the property as required. Runoff and rain collected on impermiable surfaces is not being controlled on the property. This may affect and cause damage to downhill and neighboring properties.
