Per Online; The concrete retaining wall holding up the soil on 209 15th Ave has failed during construction.I have notified the owner, and I wanted to get some help to prevent any slides to adjacent properties 1418 E Spruce St, 1420 E Spruce St, and 205 15th AveI can provide a photo taken on April 30th, showing soil and concrete sliding onto the wooden fence separating the homes.

My complaint is regarding a new DADU unit being constructed in the backyard of 209 15th Ave. It seems like one of the NYC super tall buildings being erected. It's roofline is now higher than any structure on the block, I know because I went up there last night.
