Per CSB;Tenant Rights - Referred bySPD - I have neighbors who live below me in an apt building on upper Queen Anne, who produce a lot of toxic chemicals that smell like; acetone, sulfur, vinegar, etc. (drug-like chemicals). They try covering it up with burning a lot of cheap perfume-like incense in their windows which forces me to have to close my windows because it all comes into my apt above them. I have complained to the property management Pacific Crest Real Estate (PC) for 3 years now

The building's heating (via radiator) is not on during the day. Heating is off from 9am-5pm, meaning anyone elderly or working from home does not have heat for most of the day. Radiators also take about an hour to heat a living space after being turned on, so apartments aren't actually warm before 6pm at the earliest in winter. We have a lot of elderly tenents at at least one disabled tenent here.
