Tenant applied for a unit on May 22nd, on May 23rd her application was approved. On May 24th Tenant changed her mind, found a different place. On Thursday May 25th Mgmt told tenant she owes them $300. What are rights, does tenant have to pay this money Mgmt is trying to charge her?

On Sept 3, a city RRIO inspection was scheduled at our property. Our property correctly sent us a notice that not all homes will be entered and the only reason Avalon belltown staff will be there, is to let city officials in.However our landlord visited every single apartment (rrio or not) , and tried to enter mine too.
