Vacant house? Low tree branches and overgrown vegetation hit pedestrians and make the sidewalks and street parking unusable. Intersection of 21st Ave and Alder St are blocked from view due to the unmaintained vegetation. Trim trees to minimum 14' above street and remove vegetation from entire width of sidewalk. Tried contacting owners, never saw anyone, so house may be vacant.
