Bathroom sink is loose to the wall. The linoleum used to cover the kitchen counter top is torn and removed in many spots. No door for son's bedroom. The complainant is disabled, and the unit was advertised to her as a handicapped unit, but there is no safety rail/handle for the bath tub.
