Dup Construction and Zoning 3--per online--Soil erosion due to rain on steep slope caused by owner cut vegetation. Use of plywood to retain soil near bottom of steep slope will rot/degrade quickly causing landslide/ improper retaining material. Note. Large tree previously slid down slope.
