Per Csb: ILLEGAL DUMPING AT 2106 SW ANDOVER ST. They have been illegally dumping their own trash for 6 months. I cleaned up the last bit from 10 weeks of trash build up. Its bringing in rats and making our community unsafe. As I took these photos i saw rats watching me.
