The house at 2108 N 128th St, Seattle, WA is used as a rental property since at least March 2020 but per the Seattle Rental Property Registration Map it is not a registered rental property. Current owners listed per King County are ZHU FENGSHAN and BAI XIANQIN. Having seen and met the people living there, it is not these people. If the house is going to continue as a rental they should register it and make sure they meet code requirements for a rental.

per online complaint: Outdoor storage of junk. Construction debris (?) and couch has been therer for months. This is a rental property. Owner seems to be a man named Tony Zhu. The number I've been furnished supposedly belongs to the rental manager. This man is not very forthcoming and helpful. I cannot give the date.
