The fence for the four plex in front (2110 NE 85th St) has fallen on the sidewalk impeding access. Its been like that since 7/31/25. The property manager for 2108 NE 85th St was notified of the issue but said its not their fence though it has fallen on their property and reported efforts to get in contact with the owner of 2110 has not been successful. The fallen fence is creating a fire/safety hazard.

Per online complaint "When I turn on the heater I get extreme dizziness. I've also plugged up all outlets & vents in my bedroom, which is the only liveable room in this apt. I can only survive the rest of this apt for less than 5 minutes(shower/eat). Contractors think there is a plumbing/ventilation leak"
