Per online complaint "When I turn on the heater I get extreme dizziness. I've also plugged up all outlets & vents in my bedroom, which is the only liveable room in this apt. I can only survive the rest of this apt for less than 5 minutes(shower/eat). Contractors think there is a plumbing/ventilation leak"
