Dumpster on public street- been there for years with no visible permit. Takes up a parking space. Smells and vermin present. Also, recently homeless people have been going through the trash and people illegally dumping near the dumpster on the public sidewalk and private property next door.

The fence for the four plex in front (2110 NE 85th St) has fallen on the sidewalk impeding access. Its been like that since 7/31/25. The property manager for 2108 NE 85th St was notified of the issue but said its not their fence though it has fallen on their property and reported efforts to get in contact with the owner of 2110 has not been successful. The fallen fence is creating a fire/safety hazard.

I can only survive the rest of this apt for less than 5 minutes(shower/eat). Contractors think there is a plumbing/ventilation leak"
