Per Online;Last year our unit had several major water leaks during the rainy season. It took a significant amount of time to have them come "repair" it. Recently we had a major flood- water squirting out of the bricks and wood. We had damage to personal property. Having them come out to do other repairs like add screens to windows as we have a child still haven't happened. We still have a year left in the unit but have been dealing with problem after problem

A loud generator (license 24628AC) and bright work light was placed 15 feet from our bedroom window and is being run 24/7. We can't sleep. Using a decibel meter I measured the volume at 78db from my bedroom window which exceeds the legal limit. Please help this is preventing us from sleeping and it is affecting our health and sanity.
