Building claims as luxury apartments and lure tenants. Elevators not functioning. Are not safe to use they stop suddenly doors don't close and the elevators are not safe to use or in function sometimes.  units are damaged and in bad condition, dirt accumulation and management says lies on cleaning the carpets, fitness machines issues sudden stopping causing injuries.
