Per Online; Hello,I am at 2110 1/2 N 45th St, it would not allow me to provide the 1/2 in the address details. Our stovetop exhaust hood does not vent to the outdoors and so when we cook it will fill our apartment with smoke. I contacted landlord to complain and he said that it did not vent to the outdoors and that it was simply a fan with a charcoal filter. Looking into the residential code I believe this violates Chapter 15 section M1503 or M1505 and is not an exempt
