Tree branches below 8' not maintained, weeds encroaching into alleyway. Two cars continuously parked halfway in alleyway, blocking the road for years. Their driveway is not deep enough for their cars, so they just block the alley and think they can hide behind the trees. This is illegal. Sooner or later someone not familiar with these neighbors' habits and can't see their cars through the trees will end up bulldozing their cars, and these neighbors will have no recourse, because they shouldn't

Dense hedge growing to the midline of public road, blocking cars and drivers' ability to see. Occupants storing junk, broken fridge appliance, bins, cinderblocks, and illegally parked cars in public alley. This is an emergency safety issue. I raised complaints about this building 2109 and 2111 E Jefferson, and SCDI closed it without investigation, stating that it is DOT's responsibility, but these are SDCI violations and for which SCDI inspectors can cite: "storing of junk outside in residentia

The public road outside this building is inaccessible, because the occupants are using it as their personal backyard and storing junk, old appliances, cars, and planting trees in the middle of the road. When we turn in from Jefferson St, which is a busy street, the road is rather steep and suddenly while going downhill we must swerve to the left into the lane of incoming traffic to avoid hitting their junk, cars and trees.
