I moved into Unit A on June 13th. Upon move-in date, I noticed there was a broken tile that made the bathroom floor uneven and a trip hazard, due to the raised elevation right as you enter the room. I also noticed there was a significant piece of the wall missing from the closet in the bedrooms, leaving half of the wall completely open to the unfinished foundation of the home. I let the realtor know about the bathroom issue, and she told me she would see what she could do. I had not heard back
