It is abutting 4' of the required front yard of the adjoining key lot at 2106 26th Ave W23.44.041, Table A, i, 6"On a reversed corner lot, no detached accessory dwelling unit shall be located in that portion of the required rear yard that abuts the required front yard of the adjoining key lot."
